Archie Musselman New Executive Director

Archie Musselman was selected by CAPCA’s Governing Board to be the Executive Director. He started his new position on Jan. 1, 2011. Archie has been with CAPCA for 4 years. Previously Archie was the Housing Director. The Housing Dept. saw vast improvements under his leadership. Many innovative ideas were implemented and he brought the Dept. to a higher technological level. We are all excited and looking forward to the future with Archie at the helm!

New Positions

Ms. Patsy McNeese received a plague honoring her dedication to Head Start. She has served as a member of the Regional Policy Council for 3 years. Pictured is Ms. McNeese accepting her plaque from Mr. Larry Robinson, Chairman of the Governing Board. Ms. McNeese also serves as a member of the Governing Board. CAPCA deeply appreciates the time and efforts she has given and is still giving...Thanks!!! A requirement of CAPCA and Head Start is to have a liaison between the policy councils and the governing board. Ms. Mae Lyon, who is also a current board member is replacing Ms. McNeese to serve on the policy council. The governing board and policy council positions are all filled by volunteers from Cleburne, Faulkner and White counties. Volunteers are wonderful folks who are highly deserving of our gratitude.
