Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the assurance of compliance in nutrition and food service areas
  • Responsible for daily preparation of all meals and clean-up of dishes and utensils
  • Responsible for assuring menu substitutions are made as necessary for children’s allergies with the assistance of the Nutrition Coordinator and/or Nutrition Consultant
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen, including proper storage of food and supplies
  • Complete accurate nutrition reports
  • Document and maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Obtain and maintain ServSafe Certification

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in food service

Salary: $11.59 per hour. Currently budgeted for 10 months per year 

Working Hours: M-F 7:30am–4:30pm with a one hour break for lunch
