Weatherization

• All 3 counties White, Cleburne and Faulkner
• Must meet income guidelines of 125% of poverty
• Can be a renter but must have completed rental agreement

Repairs include

• Insulating
• Caulking Air sealing
• Fix broken windows
• Install CO/smoke detectors
• Replacement of doors
• Installation of energy efficient light bulbs
• Other repairs

CDBG Home Rehabilitation

• Must live in the city limits of Conway
• Must own the home (not rent)
• Must meet income guidelines (200% of poverty)
• Rehabilitation includes but is not limited to new siding, new roof, paint, ADA wheelchair ramp, new windows and doors and other repairs
