CAPCA is committed to providing quality services, to eligible clients to
develop their full potential, become more self-sufficient and be a
productive member in their community
Board Members
CAPCA has a board consisting of 15 members , which represents the
low-income, elected officials and the private sector.
Our Clients
The average age of adults served is 22 – 44.
The Video Loan Program targets students who are in grades 6 –12.
Head Start serves children 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
All other programs operated by CAPCA are designed for persons who are 18
years of age & older.
